UK and Northern Ireland Next Day Delivery - £4.10

We aim to deliver UK orders within 3-5 working days. Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days. Due to the special nature of our products, increases in seasonal demand and factors beyond our control, occasionally longer delivery times will occur. We will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment. 

ALL deliveries require a signature on Accepting

If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, therefore some shared accommodation and apartment buildings will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however, if required, we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed.

Ireland - £10.00

Europe - £15.00

We aim to deliver European orders within 3-5 working days. Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days.
Please note: These charges only include delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a refund, please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition with bags and tags intact within 14 days of receipt.

To make it as easy as possible for you to return your online purchase follow the simple steps below:

1. Send an email with your reason or complain.

2. We will inform you with a return number you can see in your costumer details.

3. Send goods back with enough postage.

4. All returns have to sent to our address.

5. The original card holder will be credited when using this return method.

Refunds will be made against the original payment card or by way of an online credit for unwanted gifts.

Our return policy allows a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided goods are in original condition and accompanied by an email order confirmation or online despatch note. Goods without an email order confirmation or online despatch note cannot be returned.

Please allow up to 10–15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods. Please note all return postage costs are your responsibility.

Sale Returns Policy

Sale items or special purchases bought in the sale or at promotional events may only be returned for exchange or refund (by way of a shopping credit) if returned within their original condition with proof of purchase, during the same sale period or promotional event or within 14 days (whichever is earlier).

Any shopping credit issued must be redeemed in store by the end of that sale period or promotional event. Items reduced to 50% or more of the original retail price cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our Customer Services on (0)208 3615006 or email sales@dm-clothing.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact Customer Services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery.
